#125 of 2011: Shopaholic and Sister by Sophie Kinsella
I didn’t think it could get this, errr. I really don’t know if I should use better or worse. I mean, Becky Bloomwood’s still as stupid as ever, causing troubles here and there, but there’s this feeling of entertainment that I get every time she messes up. The problems are bigger in this story, and I’m glad about that, because cruel as it sounds, Becky deserves to be enlightened. Although I missed her best friend Suzie a lot in this book - since they had a falling out and everything - I enjoyed the introduction of the long-lost bitchy but responsible sister Jess, which quite caused a stirring in Becky’s life. God, I wish Becky would stop being so ridiculous and unreasonable already! Sophie Kinsella, is the next book, Shopaholic and Baby, her redemption?? Please let it be.
